Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
1. The service
KeenTag measures whether AI answer engines mention your brand and recommends fixes. We report visibility as a statistical rate with a confidence interval. We do not guarantee any search ranking, AI ranking, traffic, or business outcome, and we make no such promise.
2. Your account
You’re responsible for the accuracy of the brands and prompts you track and for keeping your login secure. Don’t use KeenTag to track brands you have no legitimate interest in, or to abuse the AI providers we query.
3. Billing
Paid plans are billed through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, who handles payment and applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period.
4. Acceptable use
No reverse-engineering, resale, or automated scraping of the service beyond your plan’s limits. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or put our AI-provider access at risk.
5. Limitation of liability
KeenTag is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
6. AI systems (transparency)
KeenTag queries third-party AI systems (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) to measure your visibility and may present AI-generated analysis and recommendations. AI output varies between runs and can be incomplete or wrong — you are responsible for reviewing it before acting. We report visibility as a statistical rate, not a definitive fact.
7. Data processing (DPA)
Our sub-processors are listed in the Privacy Policy. Business customers who need a Data Processing Agreement can request one at support@keentag.com.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
