AI answers vary run to run, so we sample each prompt several times and report a rate with a 95% confidence interval. A wider band means we need more samples before trusting a change.
Weekly is plenty for most brands; daily on higher plans. Re-scan right after you ship a fix to see the before/after on that exact prompt.
