Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
Your account email; the brands, competitors, and prompts you choose to track; the results and history of the scans we run for you; and basic usage and billing metadata. We do not sell your data.
2. How we use it
To provide the service — running scans, measuring your AI visibility, generating fix recommendations, and billing your subscription — and to keep the product secure and reliable.
3. Who we share it with (processors)
We use trusted providers to run KeenTag: Supabase (database and authentication), Lemon Squeezy (payments, as merchant of record), Resend (email), PostHog (privacy-friendly product analytics), Sentry (error monitoring), and the AI engines we measure — OpenAI, Perplexity, and Google. To measure your visibility, your tracked prompts are sent to those AI engines. We share only what each provider needs to do its job.
5. Your rights
You can access and export your data, and permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings (a self-serve GDPR erasure). If you are in the EU/UK, you have the rights afforded by the GDPR/UK GDPR.
6. Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we erase your data, including scan history, from our systems.
