Is there a free plan?
No. There's no free tier or trial. Before you pay, you can run a free check of your site (your first 3 buyer questions, once on each engine, with your email). The full report and tracking come with a plan, and every plan has a 14-day money-back guarantee. Plans start at $19 a month, or $15 a month billed yearly.
How does the 14-day money-back work?
Email support@keentag.com within 14 days of your first payment and we refund that payment in full. Paddle returns it to your original payment method.
Read the refund policyCan I change plans or cancel?
Yes, any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals, and your access continues through the period you have already paid for.
What happens at my plan's limits?
You can track up to your plan's brands, buyer questions and competitors. To track more, upgrade or remove one. There are no overage charges.
Who bills me, and is VAT included?
Paddle, our merchant of record. Prices are in USD. Paddle adds VAT or sales tax at checkout where it applies and issues the invoice, so your statement shows a charge from Paddle for KeenTag.
Do agencies pay per client?
No. Agency is a flat $149 a month ($124 a month billed yearly) for up to 25 brands, self-serve. Need more than that? Contact us.

Plans ask each question 3 or 4 times per engine. More answers make the 95% range narrower, so a smaller real change can clear the noise.
